The Chef and his “Cuisine”

The restaurant of the hotel is led by a greedy hand by our Chef, Vincent Panafieu, already catered throughout the Occitane region, and based in Nîmes. Its cuisine is inspired by the great classics of French gastronomy, and among the specialties of the hotel this summer, for example, you can enjoy our homemade lamb mouse, and potatoes, not to mention the traditional fresh salads.

The restaurant at L’Orangerie

L’Orangerie’s restaurant is open from Monday to Friday from 12am to 2pm and from 7pm to 22pm. We are open only lunch each Thursday.
In summer, the privileged setting of the hotel will allow you to have lunch or dinner on the terrace at the edge of the garden overlooking the pool. For your business lunch, seminar or business meeting, you and your staff can dine on site at the hotel’s restaurant.
